I'm not worried just yet, but in the next few weeks, when you start hitting nearer 13k than 12k, then I'll be a little concerned and might have to really start training again!

Thanks for reminding me
No seriously, I know it's been a long time. It's just that certain things (injuries, and lateron my studies) kept me from serious training. Well, still I am not training as much as I did before. I take up the metal about once a week. But yesterday's sessions took almost two hours .

That seems pretty far away. Since I have been focussing on metal only, my plastic technique seems to have deteriorated a lot. My plastic scores lie around 13300 rpm and a few scores a bit higher like the 136xx from yesterday.
Maybe I should try to focus on plastic more, maybe even alternative plastic and metal sessions or mix them better. I don't know.

Scratch that...today I did of a training with the plastic and after a couple of runs I managed to reach a couple 13500+ speeds again. So, maybe there is hope .
