Really good score Marie, almost as much as Skyler and BarryPPL at the Chat last night. On the evening your % of Maximum Potential was around 86.6%, which is massive! (Guess you were in endurance mode rather than speed mode.) 
EDIT: Just watched the video too...shame you nearly stopped with 5 or 6 seconds to go...almost made it an Ed Tech run really!  (Nice little bottom shake for GILPI at the end there!) 
/me is thinking about what I should request!!

Well  .... Just to make it clear..... I'll stick to small happy dances and the GILPI request was: "Shake that ass" with Fat Boy Slim. But I couldn't find that song in my cd-collection.... But I have a few others waiting for next records. But depending on what your request will be.... Iv'e got one waiting for you and your next rec vid!

Excellent, that's maintaining over 11000 rpm. You'll certainly make good speed improvements if you keep on doing 30s runs. And with a 30s score like that I'm sure that when the time is right you'll hit 12.5k speed no problem!

The jump from 12k to 12.5k should come up pretty quite. You'll soon realise how easy it is to get that 500 more rpm. Just a little push and you'll be there before you know it
