60sec strength index discussion

Finally, I've improved on one of my records. Looking at them I guess my 60s two-handed score was, relatively speaking, my worse record. It's pretty much the speed I maintained for my 90s record. If I can maintain over 12000 rpm for 30s, and about 11489 rpm for 90s, then surely I should be able to do more like 11800 rpm for 60s.

Not quite there yet, but did do 11536 last night...and it was nowhere near what I could do. At least I'm on my way back to form...perhaps I can improve on all my records...

Had another go at these records last night, as I'm in a bit of a hot mode at the moment, and beat them all. 12k in 60s was always one of my major targets...not anymore.

230Hz then 14k speed, then 12k Metal, then 18k 90s are now my four main targets. I think I'll do 18k in 90s before the end of the week.

Sweet score dude! 12K in a minute isnt easy to do. I can barely keep it at 12k for a couple seconds!

Cheers. It was because my right hand was really on form. Surprised I got over 11500 with my right hand only, as that was my previous 2-hand record.

If I could get my left up to that sort of speed and endurance I think I could do 18k in 90s easily. This week perhaps, at the live comp, (if there is one).

Been talking to Weee lately...seems we're all being a bit let down by our left hands. (And I've just lost a chunk of skin from my left hand forefinger when the Metal rotor bit me! Didn't help that I was using liquid magnesium either! Ouch! ) So I might not be too hot with my left this week, but we'll see...can always go for some more right-hand records.

Tried some 60sec a few days back. LH: 9596, RH: 9516 , BH: 10758.

Turns out I was sick, and came down with a fever the next day. When I recover I'll give it another shot.
