It's funny how sometimes you feel powerful, sometimes not. I think I would have been on good form yesterday. I was driving to work and Powerballing in the car, and was able to attain a good speed and keep it going for ages...I was hitting around 11200 to 11500...with either hand. (Not very clever, doing it in the car I suppose!)

Had I been at home I think I could have easily broken my record. I've got a completely free day tomorrow and I've not had a good Powerball session for weeks, so I'll see what I can do.

Well, you've just got a new left hand record...go for some 90s I say! Do about 5 or 6 attempts, rest, then try some more speed runs...you'll definitely be overtaking me very soon, unless I can pull something out of the bag this weekend.

(Problem is, I've just got a new Laptop, (AMD 4000 2.6GHz), and bought GTA3 and Doom3...they might take my interest more than the Powerball!)

Yesterday morning, despite trying to rest for a few weeks, I couldn't resist and got the Powerballs out. Did about 10 minutes of gentle warm up, and then tried some speed runs, but was only hitting about 12k. So I tried some one-handed 90s runs instead.

Wasn't really expecting much, but I did a 14200 then a 14500 without really trying, so tried for some records, and managed 15469 with my left and 16010 with my right. Was losing energy though...would have liked to get 16000+ with my left too.

Yep, average of 13388 rpm. I'd be happy to be able to do that in top speed these days, let alone for a minute and a half!!

Mind you, right from the start I said that he'd be able to do 20000+. Cool

I just want to now see his 90s Strength Score with the Screamer! Razz

Btw adrenal1n, will u open new scoreboards for the screamer and the 90s metal? And have u some news for the release date of the screamer? Enda said a month ago that it would be available within 2weeks, that seems pretty long now ^^

Don't ask me, ask Enda. I just moderate the scoreboards, I don't control the layout of the scoreboards.

I've no idea what's going to happen when the Screamer becomes generally available. I'm assuming that people who can achieve around 12000 will start to get close to 14000, so we might see loads of high 13000 submissions with no video evidence being required...though I hope no-one will try and cheat.

As for the release date for the Screamer, no idea there either. Enda tells me the same things that are posted on the boards. I've been promised one though... Razz
