Yesterday at the live competition I made two 90s runs to warm up scoring 15032 on the second one.
I have uploaded the video at the gmail account. At the end of the video I show a sand clock that Pako gave me when he visited me.  This sand clock marks 90 seconds, so it´s good to controle the 90s exercise time, hehe. |
