Still doesnt work for me.  I think its my internet service provider because we have had other problems with them recently.

Can you get into ANY IRC chatrooms Stephen? Very unusual for an ISP to block IRC traffic. Do you not have a Firewall at home? Do you connect through a router? Do you definitely not have Anti-Virus software running?
