You need a video with the paper as an evidence. On the paper you'll have to put your name + monthly code.

Nice speed. Keep training (also with Metal), and you'll be in podium in no time
May I suggest that you shake the powerball with your whole arm extended? that will be better to absorb its force  However, to do that you'll have to change technique, which requires time.

So from now on IF I improve a record i need to have a video with my name and monthly code and post it in the other forum "Monthly records" ? And a video is required for everything isn't it? (arghh- need to break my 90s then cause I only have a pic of that.... 
But when will I post scores in THIS forum again?
Sorry if it is a dumb question but I just want to do this right

That's right. You need to do a video of the powerball run, and show a paper with your name and the code for current month written on it.
When you make another record with paper, for monthly scores, u post it in the thread (Marie - January, for instance) that you open inside "Monthly Speed Records" or "Monthly Endurance Records". If you want to post another record that same month, use the same thread. Next month your create another thread.
If you just want to send records (others than monthly) you can create a thread ("Marie: Regular" or "Marie: Metal", ...) inside "Your Records Here".
I think that's all... maybe Obiw4n can say something else...

Thanks for advice, i've seen you guys extending your arms. I'll try that.But i'm not strng enough. I just found out that if I pulled my elbow back a bit i was able to use my shoulder muscles more and thats what brought me over the 11k barrier. But I realize that I need to work alot on my tecnique.
Is my video posted here somewhere? Have you seen it?

Okay, I assume you didn't know at the time of the video that the monthly code is needed, so from now on try to prepare the monthly paper before each video , anyway,i approved the speed and now you are in the monthly scoreboards.
I can add you on the vid section of the site at the next update, which will be done in Februray I think. But you have to know that some of the people here have access to the gmail account and they can see your videos too ( Pako, adrenal1n etc..)
So if you really need people to see your video, I can compress it and put a link on this thread...it's up to you...
You can also try to upload it on a server of your choice.
Now talking about technique, I think you should try to focus on your hands and avoid the large movements of your arm. Try to train with some endurance or Metal to gain power

No need for compressing and put them up on the website.....  Maybe some day in the future if I can show the world better results or the world wants me to show it.... 
It's perfectly fine with me that some people have access too the Gmail account. I'm happy to get all the advise I can have. Now I have to rest a few days because I've been using that ball everyday since dec 4 th 2006. My arms are tired... But I managed to make a 30s video today. Almost my Personal best... I'll post it tomorrow

I want to break 14 k so badly....
I also had a few good runs with the metal and my left hand... Improved speed to 8497 and 30 s left hand 3439.My right to 3578.
