Yep that metal ball sure does hurt, especially if you are not up for it.
Had another good session today and managed a good 90's score of 18652K, speed was still up there and hopefully l will try out some technique changes that Akis has mentioned.

Couldn't do anything today with speed but hit a new strength score 18875K 
will have another go tomorrow keep spinning all.

Yes fingers better now and managed to hit a new record today 12974K will keep you posted only a matter of time now, problem being the right hand speed is dropping, Good job the left one is still free!!!!
How are you Plastic? metal? Fingers?

I'm doing very little powerball now... I'm focusing on gym: weights + increasing my cardio tortures (preparing for summer with plenty of time)... and decreasing my calorie intake... that leaves my energy level very low.
Grip already trained at gym, so I try to put powerballs away from me. Powerball addiction is under control now. But maybe I will try 15k again s00n. Metal is forbidden now.

Hey JEZ, Nice work here, and I also like your nice and neat printed paper for the gyrotek scoreboards. I hate to be a stickler but technically this belongs on the monthly endurance forum in a separate thread. So I may try and split it up for you
