Im sure with a little work at it, you'll be able to master it. For 30s I start with my weaker hand, then switch to the stronger. You could even try completely loosening your grip on the ball (Ed. Tech.) to switch hands, which works well for some people.

That´s a very good score using just one hand.  Good done! 
About the Ed. T., I would suggest not using it with a Neon, because it can get damaged. I´ve just tried the Ed. T. with regulars, because they seem to be more resistant than Neons. |

You should reset the counter a little bit later, I think you began the 30s before you reached a decent speed level...

Good video, and not a bad score at all. Your 90s score is about 80% of your Maximum Potential, and your 30s score is about 85% of your Maximum Potential. This is pretty consistent with others, which tells me you're doing everything right.

Ok. how did you calculate that? Do you mean compared too my max speed or just compared too.. well I don't know the math that good but 30s score 85% means that if I was to do everything right I could improve around 500 more points at best? Intresting.... I wonder if I can reset the counter twice in the same video for 30s? I mean show the "30" for the camera > build up speed> reset again and start the race till the end?

Go to the World Scoreboards section and take a look at the % of Maximm Potential thread. I'll add you to it as well if you like.
And yes, while the 30s counter is counting down, pressing ON/CLR again will reset it back to 30. After a couple of seconds the countdown will restart. Press ON/CLR again before the countdown starts and it will go into the 60s mode. What I do is show the counter to the camera, and show myself resetting it so that it says 30. Then I prepare, speed up, press it again, then go full throttle.

I want to break 14 k so badly....
I also had a few good runs with the metal and my left hand... Improved speed to 8497 and 30 s left hand 3439.My right to 3578.
