believe me - this method works like a charm... you don`t need any warmup - just get off the hot bath, dress up, clean your hands very nicely with a towel and enormous grip is guaranteed! then, without any warmup, make a 90s run, then rest about 3 to 5 minutes (whatever works for ya), wash your hands with soap again, clean hands with a towel that they would be very dry and do a speed run. I give you 50% that you`ll break at least one of your records that way.

I tried to do a 20 minutes marathon today. Got a score of 1530. I know I can do 1600 or maybe even more because I just couldn`t find the rhythm with my left hand and was very slow.

I've not made any particularly good scores lately, but after doing a 20-minute marathon I achieved the best speed and 90s scores that I've done for months...did you try any records after the 20 minutes donkapone?

yeah i tried some but they weren`t too good although i achieved over 11k. But today was one of the best days of powerballing even though i didn`t achieve any records. I got like 8 times in a row over 11k and 3 times of those were over 11,5k one of which was 11549 - one of the best scores i`ve ever achieved

If you have some spare time Donkapone, try an hour or two of constant, hard spinning...see how many total revs you can achieve. Go until your arms are really tight from being pumped. Rest for ten minutes then try some speed records.

are you crazy? i could hardly spin it for 20 minutes... i have sweaty hands so that's a big problem + i got a very bad open blister on the side of my little finger, the palm was hurting and in one place there was a blister too near the little finger and the bump on the side of the finger got even bigger... my right hand is wrecked and i have to wait now for it to heal...
