I did a great powerball record improvement today with the regular powerball. My previous record was L 13319 rpm and R 13426 rpm. Today I made L 13808 rpm and R 13671 rpm.
I didn't make any record attempts with the metal but my current record is 12058 though I have no video to prove it.
The Top100 scoreboard is not far away now.

Very good...those scores are more "normal" for someone who can manage over 12k with the Metal. I'm going to use the Metal a lot and hopefully improve my regular scores soon.

I did a record attempt today. I didn't manage to break my 13808 record but I was very close. I got Left 13798 and Right 13797. So at least I did improve my record with my right hand from 13671 to 13797.

NEW RECORD!
After a long struggle I finally boke my old 13808 record. My new record is: 13965! I did it with my right hand after about 2,5 hours of powerballing and resting. No new record with left hand, the best I got was 13719 I think.

FINALLY 14K!
I did 14008 with my left hand today. So now my right and left hand scores are very close again which is nice. 14008 with Left and 13965 with Right.
I've not been powerballing so much lately because I've had some pain in my right elbow and in the thumb of my left hand. The thumb is almost okay now, I supported it with some tape. I will rest my right arm a little more before I make any new record attempts but I will continue to practice and go for records with my left arm and maybe just do some light exercises with the right arm.

I think my technique on this record was very good. I could here on the sound from the powerball that it was a very good result.

Oh, yes, it's because I'm not using my Powerball very much at the moment.
