Hello. I made a new 30s record at live competition. It's 6811 and can be viewed here:

I also sent it to the gyrotek mail.

Right now I focus on strength exercises instead of powerball training. I think I will need to get stronger to reach those 16k+ speeds. I use the powerball as a complement to other exercises and for warming up.

Hey everyone!
I notice I haven't posted in here since February. Anyway, I got a new left hand speed record at the live competition which I'm very pleased with, it's 14370. At the competition three days ago I didn't even reach 14k so this score was nice and the technique was looking better than ever before when I watched the video afterwards.
My right hand reached 15055 which is quite nice for me right now. I still struggle to get back to the technique I had during the winter when I quite easily scored 15k.
I'll keep practicing on speed only to get back my good old technique. I'll do a few 30s also because they are great for warmup. I need to rest maybe to days now to heal skin damage. I lost some skin on both pinkie fingers and got a couple of blisters also but thats not a big problem, it can be fixed with some tape and the skin will get thicker after a while.

I did a speed training pass today. I probably did 50 attempts with each hand. I was annoyed that my right hand technique didn't get better but I decided to keep practicing and last 15 min the technique got better. I did many runs around 14800 with RH and 14k with LH and I also was very surprised to make a new LH record 14435.

Did another speed session today. 30 speed runs with each hand. And yikes, my LH is in hot mode. New record and this time I went above 14500 three times and the best one was 14551. No improvement with RH.
