Sorry mate...if you want to hear my opinion on this...I am not that impressed...you are exploiting the Edouard technique too much.
Whatever you do, I won't use that technique. 15k for me, but without Edouard's technique.

I think you are quite right, but in this particular case we are both competing to get the endurance world record with the powerball metal. If you then want to compare one's performance with the other, it would be nice if both use the same rules. I'm with The Force on this one. I have nothing against people using the Edouard Technique, but I personally wouldn't use it on my decent Powerball, and I certainly won't use it on my Metal when I get it next week, because I think it would reduce the life-expectancy of the Powerball.
Therefore, I will remain a "Gripper".
(I will still practice Edouard scores on my crumby, old Powerball though...I just won't post those scores to any scoreboards.) _________________ 250Hz: (L/R)

170th in the world is not a bad achievement at all. Please be proud of it and you will improve on it for sure.

Can you add my speed record of 10683 please? Was my third attempt last night. Don't have a photo, but do have a video, which I'll try and convert and upload somewhere later.

Upped my speed score to 11570 last night. No video, and not taken a photo yet, but I promise it's true. Surprised me as it didn't really seem that fast, and I couldn't go over 11k again after a few more attempts.

Mmmzzzz...I really start to wonder why it costs me so much effort to reach 11.8k. Looking at the videos of speeddelph I realise that I am using my wrist much more than my arms, while for speeddelph it seems to be the opposite.
So, maybe you found a way to exploit your stronger muscles too, Adrenaline. Are you willing to share the secret with me?
