Now, my right hand needs a rest. I will only touch the powerball with my left hand. And I don't want a metal powerball yet, until my fingers are 100% recovered. TheForce is doing very nice improvements thanks to the metal, so I hope it also works for me ;-)

Like I have said many times before I just don't succeed in getting back the rhythm from July this year where I easily got into the 14k range, trial after trial. After that I don't know what happened, but I just loose control at speeds around 13800rpm. During those moments I feel that I have enough force left, but I just can't transmit it to the powerball properly.
So, potentially I should be able to reach 14k+ and maybe even 15k. But in order to do so, I need to get back the feeling/ rhythm/ technique. So, be patient, because I WILL succeed in doing this. Sooner or later this guy will be in top10 too. That's for sure.

Oops!, I thought you hadn't tried for speed records yet.
I think that extra force you had left at 13800 to go to 14200 before, was left in your nickname, since you chanced it from Steven to "The Force", you haven't updated your speed records.
Amigo, with all the training you've had lately with the different PB models, I think that it's just a matter of time before you get those higher speed scores. Give yourself a rest (like I did), and perhaps that's all your gonna need to get back the feeling on the ball, because up to know you've done everything else already, give it a try (I know it's not easy.

As I made a new personal speed record -> 12425 my % falls a little bit -> 82.38%
Finally I´m on high speed mode.
I´ve been training endurance for a long period, but now I´m prepared to keep improving with speed.

Nice top speed score by the way, that's more than I've been able to manage recently. You're becoming like Akis, creating a big gap between you and the next best female.

About the female league, I can´t really apreciate if my scores are that good, because at this moment there´s just another girl with me at that scoreboard. Anyway QuickVero had a very good score too, but she is no longer at that scoreboard, don´t know why.
If you talk with Rory, could you ask him about this?

I've never actually spoken to Rory, but The Force has. I've emailed him a few times about the scoreboards, but it might be that QuickVero's score's gone because there was no video evidence. (Where prizes aren't concerned I don't think videos are that necessary myself, but perhaps they are. Rory told me that it was very important a video evidence for the female league, to prove that the record was made by a woman, so even if there is no price a video is really important.
We could encourage QuickVero to make a video, if she scores 98% of her record she´ll be at the scoreboard again.
