Hi,
Today I was training extreme endurance with my IronPower, using left hand only. My arm was burning so much that I couldn't even hold the ball, so I looked at the right arm and said: "time for 90s :-)" and smashed my 90s right arm record... 16294 I even felt I could do even more, but I stopped, I didn't want to risk my injured fingers.
Cazes seems to be very powerful with his right arm in 90s sessions. I wonder if Cazes has tried 90s with just one arm. Cazes: if u read this, could you please try left 90s and right 90s, and post your records?

Very good, but you can do better...that's only averaging 10862. I've done more revs than that in 60s with a standing start, (i.e. with the rotor not spinning when I start the counter!)

Yes, his first submission on the Strength Index scoreboard was done 85% with his right hand! And in the arm-bent Bicep position too...I simply can't do that. _________________ 250Hz: (L/R)

I have both: the steel rotor and the light one. But when I bought it, I had pain in hands and didn't gave it much use. I have only used it for warming up, at very low speeds. I have started the real training (only left hand, of course) this monday, tuesday and wednesday mornings & evenings. Today I feel pain.. I'm overtraining my left hand, but it's the only way I have to avoid my right hand getting hurt

I have never done 30s or 60s seriously, so I don't know what average could I achieve in those times.

That´s true. I upload my videos everytime, but he doesn´t put online all. They have a lot of work, so maybe they don´t have enough time to compress the videos and put them online.
Fortunately, we have our place of videos here at gyrotek.

Ok.
The only "problem" is that I´m used to send the video the same day that I make the score, so I´ll have to wait a little bit. Or you´ll have to be very fast compressing.

Did a 90s right-hand run today, for the fiirst time in ages, and managed 15245, straight away. Thought that if I could do the same with my left I might be on form to do a good two-handed 90s score. But no, left hand was rubbish, and slowed after only about 15 seconds...can't have been doing more than 7k rpm at the end. _________________ 250Hz: (L/R)

Yes....really impressive scores. Especially with right hand. I was just thinking btw...the 30sec (one-handed) training may even be more effective for reaching high speeds than the 90sec (two-handed) training.
I was training 30sec endurance with the metal and after that my speed scores suddenly increases rapidly (new record right, and close to record left).
