Well, after 22 days, i just a new 90s record of 15,566,

and then did a speed run and got broke the 13K barrier (when i should be resting my blisters).

I got 13,244

I really now need to get a cheap web cam as i dont even have a digital camera. I think my speed would put me just inside the top 400 and my 90S just inside the top 100 strength.

That's a good improvement Tstering, but watch those blisters. Should only take a few days for them to heal over, but still keep them covered.

I've always found endurance to be beneficial to speed runs. When I increased my speed record from 13763 to 14076 it was minutes after doing a hard one-handed 90s run, (of 16914). Try that, or at least a hard 30s one-hand run.

I've got advantage of age though as i'm 24. Assuming you are still powerballing in 9 yrs time at 24 i reckon you will definantly be getting better scores than 13,244 Very Happy

I wish I started that early. I was nearly 34 when I first used a Powerball. Would be nice to reach 15k by the time I'm 36, in a month and a bit...but I know I won't. 14.5k perhaps. Confused

Well got a new 90s record og 15841 (i think). Gettign closer to that lovely 16,000 barrier.

16,500 is my big aim as that would be maintaining 11,000 non stop. To do that though i guess i need to improve my LH as my speed record is only 11,4**.

Well just as an update here. Got me speed upto 13521 RH, broke the 12K barrier LH with a score of 12,158 and also smashed my 90s record and got 16252.

Speed is still frustrating. I'll have maybe 1 day a week where it seems to all click and get really good scores, then there rest of the time speed will be only 129**

Just to give another update to my scores.

I've got past the frustration on inconsistency now as I've worked outa fairly solid technique.

RH speed upto 13799 now, and would love to hit 14K this year, but think i will run out of time.
LH speed 12656 recorded, but i'm sure I got a 128** but not sure.

Also got my 90s upto 16414, but hopeing i can improve that considering I did a 16243 with my RH only last night.

nice work on the scores, especially the 1 handed 90s! that's pretty impressive, and quite a bit higher than what I have done so far (158xx)

14k is just around the corner!

Another amazing night.

I did a good 2 hour session when i got in from work and broke 30s, 90s and speed.

30s I broke the 6,000 barrier with 6010
90s I broke the 16,500 barrier witha score of 16568
And broke my speed record with 13,837 (I think)

Then at 11pm i don't know why but decided to pick it up again and I broke all 3 records again in a 15 minute burst.

30s upto 6049
90s upto 16673

And then speed upto 13916.

My aim was 14K by the end of the year, and I really think it could be a possibility now.
