Akis's one-hand 90s Gripper record is 18.8k. Bjorn did 18.7k I think, (RH Ed-Tech.)
I think at the right time I could do 18k Gripper, so it wouldn't surprise me if Tstering's was a Gripper record.

Trust me i am training. Just stuggling at the moment. I can get high 14K scores, and even got the odd 15K, but just not improving  .
Having said that I got a new LH 30s record of 5898. THat is the first record i've got in a LONG time.

Wow, very nice. (What were your scores in the Dual-Hand? Are you like me, and struggle with it a bit, because that's only a tiny bit more than my record, and I'm CRAP at Dual-Hand!  )
Is your secret training program working for speed then? I was meant to have a good session over the weekend - I want to have a properl one three or four times a week really, but that's not going to happen - but I got side-tracked and didn't do any. Did a hard 10 minutes in the car on the way back from the driving range, but not the best location to do it really! (How you managed 14.6k in the car, (even though not driving), is beyond me!)

LOL, i was also surpsired by 14.6K in the car, as not very ideal atall (also to clarfiy was stopped at the time).
My new training scheme certainly seems to be working for my speed. Hopefulyl on Wednesday I'll be beating my record. Hopeign for a 15.2K score. We shall see though.
Also my dual was very poor really. I can't co-ordinate atall. Think it was something like 12,950 LH and 13700 RH. I reckon at best i could got 27K, but untill i improve my LH not much more.

Another new record. Got mw 6th in the world ranking back. Now to battle it out with Charette for 5th. Hopefully we will push each other up to Duanes level.
