Nice one Pako.

It's been such a long time since I've had the energy to do any good one-handed 90s runs. The time I managed 16000 I just felt as though I could keep going for ages...it was very strange.

This weekend just gone I tried a few such runs to warm up for some speed attempts, but I'd slowed right down after only 20 seconds or so. Carried on and did do around 15400, two times in a row, with each hand, but didn't manage any decent speed runs afterwards. I will post my record up soon, just for the sake of starting to enter the monthly challenges again.

18k with one hand...now that would be amazing...I think even Akis would struggle to do that.

Hi,

today i reached 17341 with right hand. (video on gmail)

I also broke my SoundBall record --> 14403 (video on gmail)

(exactly 100 rpm more than my previous one)
