Is probably going to be my only effort this month, but it's about time I competed in the only event I'm any good at!
(Tried some speed runs afterwards, and though I did manage 13012 in reverse with my right hand, I couldn't get over about 12.8k otherwise. Plus, I'm very ashamed to say, I could only just manage 9k with the Metal with my left hand and 10.8k (reverse) / 10.5k (forwards) with the Metal in my right hand. Very off form, so time for a rest.)

But I have been spinning a Powerball every day, and my scores are slowly going down. I mean, come on, only just managing 9k with the Metal in my left hand...that's just embarassing!! 
James M took a long break and came back and immediately broke his Metal record. I'm going to try the same. (I've not contributed any scores for several months anyway, and I can't compete in live chats, so I'll just observe for a while.)
Do expect videos of Blue Neon rotors in Amber cases, and vice versa, and stuff like that though...maybe.

I didn't mean that you try records this month. I wanted to say to spin very slowly, 5 min max, on your spare time, several times through the day
Don't worry about embarrassing scores... just keep it moving, very relaxed. 
And do not use metal, only regulars.

I still think a complete break is going to be better. The more I spin the Powerball slowly the more my muscles are remembering the action, and I want them to forget.
(It's why my reverse scores with my right hand are now better...my technique isn't set in stone and is opwn to improvement. I've not improved my forwards scores for nearly 8 months now!)
