I'm sure I can smash my 90s record, but my problem is that I try too many things one same day, and at the end, I finish exhausted. Even then, I'm surprised I can hit 6.2k in 30s.

Cazes is another "big" opponent... he may not be faster than me, but he is achieving better 30s than me (I wont let that happen for too long Razz

). I think he can pass 18k too, and so do a lot of u! This is why I don’t improve! I'm not under pressure! Laughing

Anyway, I haven't focused in 90s in many months, but I will, as soon as I pass 15k

The thing is, there's a definite distinction I think between endurance and speed. I don't think I'm really that far behind Pako when it comes to longevity, (500rpm average, whether it be over 90s or 20 minutes), but for speed I'm light-years behind. If Pako concentrates too much on endurance then his speed might suffer...which is I think what's happened to me.
