In this part you'll find some answers to yours questions about Powerballs: I've lost my cord inside the powerball, what should I do now?? You 'll have to open your Powerball to get your cord out of it. My Powerball is noisy, is it trying to communicate ? Yes, exactly! It's complaining because of mistreatment! Such a noise is usually following the fall of the Powerball on a rigid surface. A small hollow is printed on the inner trail of the Powerball and when the rotor rolls on it, you hear it. This irregularity should disapear pretty fast after 2 or 3 sessions of 90s training mode. My Powerball can't spin over 9000 rpm anymore since a short time, but I don't feel weaker... A dust layer has appeared on the inner trail of the Powerball , where the
rotor rolls. The friction between the outer shell and the inner plastic
ring isn't optimal. Today my highscore was 17658 rpm although I usually don't exceed scores of about 11000 rpm. What's happening? Sometimes the speedmeter can be faulty , it can happen occasionnaly and the scores displayed are often between 15000 and 18000 rpm. Of course it is not your higscore, reset your speedmeter and try a new run. If it happens too frequently, then send your Powerball back to change the speedmeter. Nothing to do anymore with my Powerball, it's definitively become unusable, what should I do now? Send it back to your stockist, if you bought it on powerballs.com you should benefit of a lifetime warranty and your Powerball will be repaired as soon as possible.
